I worked on and helped define the format and voice for Walmart’s Happy to Help kit project. These boxes were sent to every store, filled with motivational and instructional materials, tied to key company messaging and events.

I served as lead writer on several kits, including the “Remodel Kit” and the “Power Up with VPI” kit. For the latter, I partnered with senior art director Kaylan Hufham to design a kit that would drive participation in Walmart’s “VPI” sales program. We increased participation by about 160% and more than 250,000 associates.
